The Marketing, Press and Media officer is responsible for visibility in the Netherlands and thereby increase brand awareness, strengthen the image and broaden the support for the work of FOUR PAWS.
 

Your contribution will be

• Developing and executing the communication strategy and positioning in the Netherlands, while monitoring progress
• Developing further and executing the communication strategy and positioning in the Netherlands and monitoring progress
• Bringing coherence to all communications, campaigns and fundraising activities and involving target groups and stakeholders in FOUR PAWS’ work
• Actively approaching press and media, and providing the right content
• Setting up and running marketing and brand awareness campaigns, and actively contributing to advocacy and fundraising campaigns
• Monitoring the brand and steer the team on corporate identity, tone of voice and positioning
• Implementing new opportunities in the field of brand awareness and support for the organisation
• Managing crisis communications

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Demonstrating versatility and expertise across all areas of communication
• Familiarity with complex topics and how to translate them clearly to our target groups and stakeholders
• Experience with developing and executing campaigns based on audience insights
• Experience as a spokesperson
• Hands-on mentality, go-getter, think in opportunities and a positive mindset
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

Our offer includes

• A contract limited to 1 year, with the intention to extend
• A salary based on the guidelines of our internal compensation scheme and the guidelines of Goede Doelen Nederland
• 8% holiday allowance
• 25 annual leave days (based on a fulltime (40 hour) work week)
