Fundraiser Individual Giving (m/f/d)

The Fundraiser Individual Giving is responsible for the development, planning and execution of the (offline) individual giving programmes.
 

Your contribution will be

  • Developing, coordinating and executing on the individual giving programmes regarding acquisition, donor development and donor retention
  • Managing agencies and suppliers (DM, TM, DRTV)
  • Monitoring, analysing, evaluating and reporting fundraising activities
  • Monitoring and establishing fundraising processes and guidelines
  • Overseeing database management
  • Driving the growth of (multi)annual fundraising revenue and achieving targets for individual giving
  • Developing annual plan and budget for IG

Innovating by developing multi-channel donor journeys and new fundraising FOUR PAWS products, and conducting testing.

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Experience with direct marketing or fundraising (consumer/individual giving market)
  • Knowledge of fundraising regulations, compliance and data protection requirements in relation to marketing
  • You are data-driven, able to monitoring, testing and evaluating the quality of the fundraising activities you are responsible for and creating insights into which methods are most valuable
  • Pro-active, always seeking opportunities, and result-driven
  • You have strong numerical understanding
  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
