Your contribution will be

• Being a part of the management team and responsible for all financial and administrative processes of FOUR PAWS Germany
• Being responsible for a team of 23 people in the areas of finance, administration, donor services and legacies
• Developing, implementing and monitoring the processes within your departments in collaboration with the team leaders
• Being the contact person for banks, insurance companies, auditors, tax consultants and authorities

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Degree in business administration or finance with a focus on controlling, accounting or business administration
• Relevant professional experience and management experience, ideally from the NGO environment
• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent German and very good English
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
