Your contribution will be

• Making the animal welfare work of VIER PFOTEN visible to the public by communicating campaigns and educational content through digital channels (social media and website)
• Being responsible for developing and implementing online digital communication strategies and creating creative and engaging content (topics, photos, and videos) for our core target audience on relevant channels and the website
• Co-managing the editorial planning and publication of social media and website content, as well as community management
• Supporting VIER PFOTEN's protest actions live on-site with social media work
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the online community and, if necessary, act as a crisis manager
• Monitoring online communication activities, benchmarking, market trends, as well as quality management and process optimization
• Managing online marketing tools related to social media platforms and the website (e.g. Facebook Business Manager)
• Providing online and communication expertise for all VIER PFOTEN departments and fundraising efforts.

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Professional experience in managing digital and social media channels
• Skills in the use of common content management systems and social media tools
• Excellent German and good English skills both written and spoken
• Being able to oversee monitoring and reporting of social media campaigns as well as the analysis of different target groups
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a moderator between FOUR PAWS and the community
• Profound knowledge in content production and abilities with common community management tools
• You are creative and find the right words on the appropriate platforms to inspire the FOUR PAWS community
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
